These lightweight, flexible cutting mats measure 30 x 38 cm and are color-coded for different food groups to prevent cross-contamination or to keep food kosher. The colors are blue for fish, red for meat, yellow for poultry, green for vegetables. Our mats are easy to roll to place food directly into a bowl or pot. These mats are BPA free and dishwasher safe.
