Product Description Specification: - Item Type: Strabismus Training Cards - Material: Coated Paper - Single Sheet Size: Approx. 14 x 7 cm (5.51 x 2.76 in) How to Use: 1. Hold the card close to your nose, positioning the smallest pattern nearest to you. The left side of the card is red, and the right side is blue. 2. Focus on the largest visual pattern on the card. You should perceive the large pattern as a mix of red and green, while the medium and small patterns will appear as red and green, distributed on the left and right sides. 3. Alternate your gaze between the large, medium, and small patterns, holding your focus on each for 5 seconds. When you concentrate on one pattern, the other two will appear in red and green. Repeat this alternating gaze 10 times. 4. If you experience difficulty focusing, try these adjustments: - Bring the sensory pattern closer to you to enhance convergence. - Move the training card slightly further away or adjust its angle.
