If you have not received an order confirmation email, the most likely reason for this is that you have inputted your email address incorrectly. Alternatively, it may have gone into your junk or spam folder. If you're using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
If you have checked this and have still not received the order acknowledgement email, please contact Fruugo customer care and we will send you a copy.
To prevent these emails from going into your junk folder in future, you could add email@example.com to your address book or safe list.
