Description: Waterproof Seat cover for Mobility Scooters and Electric Wheelchairs. Designed to fit scooters and electric wheelchairs with or without headrests. The cover is elasticated and has a velcro strap fixing at the rear of the seat. The cover allows you to still fit a bag to the back of the seat.
