SHOWER THRESHOLD WATER BARRIER: This barrier can be used on shower floors, shower trays, kitchen sinks, under bathroom doors, bathtub edges, around washing machines, or toilets to create a water-resistant seal. It helps prevent water from spreading, enabling effective wet and dry separation and helping keep your home dry. MATERIAL: Made from food-grade silicone, this water barrier is resistant to corrosion, high temperatures, and wear. It has no unpleasant odor and remains flexible. The barrier is soft and bendable, allowing it to be cut to desired lengths. Its smooth surface is easy to clean, contributing to a neat and tidy kitchen or bathroom. SIZE: The silicone barrier measures 12mm in height and 20mm in width, designed to avoid creating tripping hazards. Each strip is 2 meters long and can be easily cut to fit your space. Features a self-adhesive backing that is waterproof and mildew resistant. Simply wipe with a damp cloth for cleaning. HOW TO USE: Clean and dry the surface before application. Cut the barrier to the required length. Remove the adhesive liner and press the strip firmly onto a smooth, dry surface. In colder conditions, use a hair dryer to warm the strip for improved adhesion. For corners, cut each piece at a 45-degree angle and join them to ensure a secure fit. NOTE: The barrier is 12mm high and is not suitable for barrier-free showers or areas with large volumes of standing water. For optimal sealing performance, apply an additional waterproof sealant, such as silicone caulk, along the edges of the installed barrier. Allow 24 hours for full curing. Adhesive sealant is not included.
