Apply glue to the back of the lifting pads and place them on the upper lid of each eye, as close to the eyeliner as possible. 4. Apply glue to the front of the lifting pads and use a y shaped brush or use an eyelash curler to lift the lashes from the roots and place them securely on the pads.
