The cutter ensures clean and precise cuts, reducing errors during installation. It is recommended for cutting plastic pipes with a diameter of 40mm or larger. While the operation may be slower, it provides a smooth cut surface, ideal for hot melt fitting installation. Unlike scissors or sawing tools that may create angled cuts, this cutter delivers straight, uniform results. It is designed for cutting various plastic pipes, including PPR, PE, PVC, aluminum-plastic composite pipes, and other standard plastic piping materials. It is not intended for cutting metal pipes with high hardness, such as stainless steel, cast iron, galvanized pipes, or other steel pipes. Instructions for use: 1. Press the cutter's circlip to open it to the maximum diameter. Insert the pipe to be cut, then release the circlip to securely clamp the pipe. Ensure the cutter remains perpendicular to the pipe and does not tilt or loosen during operation. 2. After securing the pipe, rotate the knife holder clockwise approximately one full turn to slightly engage the blade into the pipe. Do not force the blade in deeply at this stage. 3. Rotate the cutter around the pipe 1–2 turns to create a continuous cutting groove. Ensure the groove is connected end to end without gaps. Repeat steps 2 and 3: Rotate the knife holder one turn, then rotate the cutter 1–2 turns around the pipe. Continue this cycle until the pipe is fully cut. Package includes: 1 piece of pipe cutter
