DESCRIPTION: Tinor offers you this kougelhopf or kouglof mould. You will use it to make this savory or sweet Alsatian specialty. The kougelhopf has a very specific very high and fluted shape with a chimney in the middle. The kouglof is a sweet leavened brioche with raisins soaked in rum or kirsch, or savory with bacon bits and nuts. ADVICE: This kouglof mold is not dishwasher safe. Do not cut directly into the kougelhopf mold and grease it before pouring the preparation into it. Let the cake cool for at least 10 minutes before unmolding. Our mold is heat resistant up to 230C. COMPOSITION: Stainless steel with a non-stick Teflon coating. DIMENSIONS: 24 x 24 x 6.5 cm. CONTENTS: 1 x mould24 cm.
