Brazilian green tea from wild harvest in Paraná. The green mate grows naturally in the shade of the forest in the state of Paraná. It is harvested by hand and only every two years, which gives it a much higher phytonutrient content than maté grown in cultivation. The leaves are steamed for several seconds in order to improve their conservation and to preserve the advantages of mate and its beautiful color. They are then dried, brought to maturity and controlled in order to offer a healthy product. Fill the calabash up to 2/3 with mate. Drink your tea in a cast iron cup from Aromandise to maintain its temperature. Make a heap with the mate on one side of the cup. Then pour in a little cold water and let it sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
