20 m high integrated DToF laser distance module

20m Integrated DToF Laser Distance Module The DTS6012M is a fully integrated, single-channel dToF distance module that incorporates a proprietary, highly sensitive, infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor with a 20m range. The chip integrates a time-correlated photon threshold algorithm, a statistical histogram algorithm, and a fast TDC architecture, among other features, to achieve highly accurate distance measurement while also providing 12m@160kLux ambient light resistance and reflectivity correction. The DTS6012M features an integrated power module powered by a single 3.3V power supply with built-in temperature compensation. Supporting I2C and UART interfaces, it is easy to integrate and use, and utilizes a compact and reliable LGA optical package. Its small size and light weight make it an excellent choice for Micro-dToF applications. Color: As shown. Material: PCB. Package contents: 2 x Laser sensor modules. Only the above package contents are included; other products are not included. Note: Light reflection and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture to be slightly different from the real thing. The allowable measurement error is +/- 1-3 cm.
