The HSS blade features a 360-degree rotatable design and a 40-degree bevel angle, ideal for trimming edges of round holes, deep holes, straight edges, curved edges, and grooves. SOLID AND DURABLE: The deburring blade is made of M2 high-speed steel, quenched and tempered, with sharp edges and hardness up to 63HRC. This ensures high strength, hardness, wear resistance, and heat resistance for a durable and long service life. COMFORTABLE HANDLE: The deburring tool has an easy-to-hold handle shape with a textured design that resists slipping. The ergonomic design ensures comfortable use. FLEXIBLE USE: The 360-degree swivel design of the deburring blade makes it ideal for cross holes, deep holes, and curved edges. Simply press the button on the handle to replace the blade, making installation easy. VERSATILE APPLICATION: Ideal for cleaning brass, steel, aluminum, copper, or PVC pipes, as well as metal edges of automotive parts, gears, or other freshly cut metal or wood parts. It can also be used to deburr 3D printed objects or plastic parts, such as nylon, ABS, and PLA, without melting the filament.
