The AMANZI Pink Pixie Kickboard has been designed to isolate and develop leg strength and kicking technique. The kickboard helps to improve lower-body propulsion and endurance during training sessions. Enhances Core Strength: engages abdominal muscles and stabilises your body during swim sessions. Tailored Lower Body Training: isolates, targets and sculpts lower body muscles for increased lower body conditioning. Improves Kick Technique: perfect your kick for a smoother, more efficient and effective kick motion. Suitable for Beginner and Advanced Swimmers: helps to improve technique and body position in the water. Size: 37 cm x 26 cm x 3.5 cm Material: EVA How to use Grip either the top edge of the kickboard, fingers pointing downward and thumbs upwards or bottom edge of the kickboard, fingers on top and thumbs underneath with your arms fully extended in front of the body, whilst kicking. Storage and maintenance To prolong the life of the kickboard rinse with clean, cold water after each use and hand dry. Avoid direct sunlight and protect from sharp objects to prevent damage to the kickboard. Store in a cool, dry place. The device should not be bitten or chewed by the user as the material may cause a choking hazard.
