See diagram for left ankle. (for right ankle, turn the support inside out) Wrap the strap around the ankle as shown in pictures 2 and 3 Attach the hook fastener. Adjust strap until fit is firm, yet comfortable Size: For right or left foot, measure around ankle for correct sizing.
