Its waterproof, smudge-resistant formula ensures a long-lasting and vibrant look. Designed as a sharpenable pencil eyeliner, it provides effortless application and precision. Ingredients For the most accurate and up-to-date ingredient information, please refer to the product packaging or contact the manufacturer directly. Suggested Use Apply along the top and bottom lash line, starting from the inner corner and working outward. The eyeliner is suitable for use on the inner rim (waterline). Sharpen as needed using a cosmetic pencil sharpener. For a more colorful effect, combine with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner. Precaution: Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected, or irritated eye can lead to eye damage. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult an eye specialist.
