This sharpenable eyeliner pencil delivers creamy, long-wearing color that stays put. Creamy, glide-on color Smudge-resistant formula Waterproof Long-lasting wear Sharpenable pencil Suggested Use Apply along the top and bottom lash line beginning in the inner corner of the eye and working outward. Can be used on the inner rim in the waterline. Sharpen using a makeup pencil sharpener as needed. For a more colorful look, use with another shade of Infallible Pro-Last Waterproof Pencil Eyeliner. Precautions: Stop using and consult a doctor if eye irritation occurs. Do not apply in a moving vehicle.
