Why does the coffee pod have a small tear or hole in the bottom mesh? When inserting the coffee capsule into the pod adapter, align the indicator on the capsule first before placing it in. Do not insert the capsule into the adapter first and then rotate to align the hole, as this may cause damage to the capsule. 2. Why did coffee spray during brewing? When using reusable capsules, ensure that both the coffee machine basket and the pod adapter are properly installed in the coffee machine at the same time. If there is an additional coffee basket included with your machine, verify that all components are correctly positioned for normal operation. 3. It didn't fit my Dual Brew coffee maker. This capsule is only compatible with three-hole coffee machines (Ninja series models such as CFP201, CFP301, CFP400, etc.).
