This Y-axis sensor is crucial for detecting the exact position of the extruder head, enhancing the accuracy of your 3D prints. By providing a stable and interference-resistant signal, it guarantees consistent performance, crucial for maintaining print results during extended printing sessions. Installation is straightforward: power off the AD5X printer, disconnect the bus, and remove the rear plate. Detach the Y-axis sensor cable from the mainboard, unscrew the p oelectric mounting plate, and replace the sensor. This process ensures a quick and efficient upgrade or replacement. Utilize this sensor kit when experiencing issues such as loose terminals, burnt-out boards, or components on the PCB.
